I am a therapist for teens and adults.
I have over 13 years of experience providing counseling services to a diverse range of clients in a variety of clinical settings. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, and ADHD, and I have a passion for supporting those in the BIPOC and LGBTQPIA2+ communities. I use a variety of modalities in therapy, depending on client need, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, elements of Dialectal Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness, and other evidence-based practices. I am also trained and certified in providing letters of support for individuals seeking gender-affirming surgeries. When working with teenagers, I strive to maintain a working relationship with parents as well with the goal of providing well-informed care for your child. Together we will explore what is currently a challenge for your teen and work together to identify how best to move forward. I prioritize building a strong therapeutic relationship with my clients and working collaboratively to identify goals and develop clear strategies for achieving them.
