We ask that you please provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your therapy session. If you provide less than 48 hours notice or do not show up to your scheduled session, you will be charged the full session fee. We also know that life is hectic and things can come up last minute. To avoid being charged the late cancellation fee, your therapist will make every effort to reschedule your session to another time in the same week if possible. We will also waive the late cancellation fee in the case of emergencies or illness.

Yes! All of our therapists are currently providing both in-person and telehealth sessions based on the preference of the client.
We are located at 136 S. Main St. North Wales. Our big green building is right on the main street of North Wales borough. We are across from the fire station and next to Tony’s Pizza.
We have a parking lot with reserved parking in the back of our building, where you will see signs for the Main Entrance. Please enter the code provided in your welcome email to access the building. If you need assistance, ring the bell outside the door for help.

We accept payment in the form of cash, check, credit card, or FSA/HSA card. We use an online Client Portal system that allows each client to put a credit card or FSA/HSA card on file that can be automatically charged following each session. If you are using out of network benefits, you will be automatically emailed a Superbill (receipt) on the 1st of each month.

Each client will receive an email address and cell phone number for their therapist. Texting is encouraged for non-clinical and non-urgent communication between sessions. However, our therapists are not available 24/7, and we do not have a therapist on call for emergencies. If you are having a mental health emergency or feel you are in crisis and cannot safely wait until your next scheduled session, please go to your nearest emergency room or call 911. You can also reach the Montgomery County Mobile Crisis Support Center at 1-855-634-HOPE (4673).

We do not prescribe medication at our practice, but we work closely with a number of local psychiatrists and psychiatric nurse practitioners and can personally help you get connected to a prescriber. We value communication between team members and are happy to collaborate directly with medication providers in order to facilitate comprehensive care.
