Nyah Levine, BS
Master’s Level Intern
Therapy for Teens, Adults & Couples
Hi! I’m Nyah Levine (she/her), a Master’s-level intern at Lilac Therapy Center. I approach therapy from a holistic, trauma-informed perspective, with a particular interest in the connection between the mind, body, and overall well-being. I believe our mental health is influenced by more than what happens within us—it is also shaped by our relationships, identities, environments, life experiences, and the systems around us.
I work with teens, adults, and couples who are navigating concerns related to grief and loss, trauma, anxiety, and life transitions. In addition to my education and training in Psychology, Social Work, and trauma-informed care, I am also a registered yoga instructor, which allows me to bring an integrative perspective to my work. My background in behavioral health and crisis intervention has taught me the importance of meeting each person where they are and creating a space where they feel safe, respected, and genuinely heard.
I am especially passionate about culturally responsive and strengths-based care that honors client autonomy. I believe you are the expert in your own experience, and I strive to support you in exploring your experiences, relationships, and goals in a way that feels meaningful to you. My goal is to create a supportive and collaborative space where you can slow down, better understand yourself, reconnect with your strengths, and explore what healing and growth can look like for you.
