I provide individual therapy, couples therapy, and family therapy.
I have a particular interest in working with individuals who are feeling stressed, overwhelmed, burnt out, and anxious. I am passionate about helping my clients manage these feelings while navigating modern parenting, exploring and adjusting to the role of motherhood, increasing professional success, setting healthy boundaries, improving relationships with important others in their lives, healing from past pain, and finding greater fulfillment overall. I also have a special interest in working with college-aged/young adult individuals around issues related to life transitions (starting or ending college, entering the workforce, moving away from home); relationships; identity and independence; anxiety and mood difficulties; and confidence and self-esteem. I also enjoy working with couples to help reduce conflict and arguments, increase healthy communication, explore difficulties with intimacy, tackle parenting issues or co-parenting in separated couples, and feel more connected and understood. I also have extensive experience helping children and teens in areas related to anxiety and worry, perfectionism, low self-esteem, bullying, traumatic events, and strained family relationships. Overall, I really enjoy seeing parents strengthen and truly enjoy relationships with their children.
