Through this workshop, you will:

  • Connect with unhelpful thoughts that are no longer serving you through guided reflective journaling exercises.

  • Understand ways to make new connections in how you think and feel – through art and creative processes.

  • Give yourself permission to try something new by accessing your inherent creativity.

  • Create a piece of mantra art to take home and display.

In the words of Brene Brown, “There’s no such thing as creative people and non-creative people. There are only people who use their creativity and people who don’t.” JOIN US and use your creativity to clear out negative thinking, calm your stress, and strengthen your mindset through journaling and watercolor painting. There is no art experience necessary. We can’t wait to see you there!

Hello! My name is Jill Kane.

I’m a mompreneur living outside of Philadelphia with my husband and two children. After staying home to raise my first child at the age of 35, I gave myself permission to try watercolor and hand lettering. I quit shortly after! I became overwhelmed with waves of inadequacy and a lack of worthiness. Seeking professional help to unpack those blocks, I learned how to embrace imperfection and give myself permission to try new things. I returned to a creative practice and learned the power of using my hands to move what I was learning in my head to my heart. This practice resulted in the launch of my own business helping individuals Clear All The Clutter out of their head and home.

I teach therapeutic art journaling classes that help individuals calm their stress, clear out negative thinking, and support the growth of a positive mindset. I also help individuals create calm and clutter-free living spaces that reflect a grounded sense of love and belonging so they can experience more ease and less effort. I hold a master’s degree in Community Arts and am currently pursuing my certification and credentialing in Coaching.
