Adrienne Pollichemi, LCSW

Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Montgomery County, PA

Hello! My name is Adrienne Pollichemi, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Lilac Therapy Center, LLC, with over 20 years of experience supporting parents, families, children, and adolescents. My passion lies in helping families grow stronger, more connected, and more confident in navigating life's emotional and relational challenges.

Throughout my career, I have specialized in working with children and families impacted by trauma, anxiety, behavioral struggles, school difficulties, and relational conflicts. My clinical work is grounded in a deep respect for the resilience of children and the pivotal role parents play in their children’s emotional development.

I’m a therapist for children, teens, parents and families.

As both a therapist and a parent myself, I understand the delicate balance between supporting our children’s needs and managing our own. I offer a collaborative, non-judgmental space for parents to explore strategies that strengthen their relationships at home, improve communication, and foster emotional well-being for the whole family. I believe therapy is not just about managing symptoms—it’s about helping children and families reconnect with their strengths, feel seen and heard, and rediscover joy in their relationships.  I integrate play therapy, creative expression, mindfulness, and evidence-based practices such as Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Sand Tray Therapy to create individualized, healing experiences for my clients, and my diverse clinical background allows me to bring broad and flexible perspectives to my work.

At Lilac Therapy Center, I also serve as the Educational Coordinator, where I oversee and support the professional development of graduate-level clinical interns and pre-licensed therapists. I am passionate about mentoring the next generation of clinicians and provide ongoing supervision tailored to building confidence, clinical judgment, and ethical practice. My role includes guiding therapists toward licensure by offering structured, supportive, and insight-oriented supervision rooted in real-world clinical application.
